My weaknesses and strengths in writing

Weaknesses:

• Organization ( I have the idea of what I want to incorporate in my writing but I cannot organize it to where it flows).
• Sentence structure ( run-ons).
• Incorporating more "I say".
• Difficulty finding a thesis statement.

Strengths:

• Accepting input (criticism).
• Ideas ( I have great ideas but difficulty integrating them)
• Willingness to learn ( major strength).
• Incorporating the "They say".
